If you use a bread substitute then we can make a special batch just for you using your very own 'bread / substitute' usually with great tasting success!
(A batch of specially prepared sausage would be approximately 12lb in weight but don't worry they can be individually frozen and therefore taken out of your freezer as and when required)
However, some people may just be sensitive to gluten but do not have celiac disease and may feel better on a diet with less gluten, again we can make a special batch just for you!
